Reports

Secretary – Frank moves and Rhoda seconds approval of the minutes.   This year the Local Clay Directory will include all of the people who wait until the Clay Fest applications come out to renew their Local Clay memberships.  The Directory will come out in May instead of February.  As in past years, only current members will receive the email announcements of upcoming shows, new places to sell pottery, etc.  Please renew by February to avoid the email purge!  (If you renew later than February, your name will be added as you renew.)

Treasurer - new balance of $3658.04. Frank is currently organizing the files and transferring information to a flash drive for the incoming Treasurer.   After four years, he is stepping down from the job.  No one has offered to run for treasurer yet.

Webmaster – Merry has updated the server and renewed web hosting.  She has also sent the workshop info to Georgies bulletin board in Portland.

Empty Bowls.  Josh will be meeting soon with Food for Lane County to plan the show. The Throwathon will be in March, the last weekend of spring break.  Maryanne expressed a concern that the Empty Bowl prices seem to be too high.  The Bowls should be good deal for the community.  Food for Lane County does the pricing.  Josh will talk to them about it.

Workshops - Two are coming up.  Ginger Steele will be January 28 at Club Mud.  This workshop is full with waiting list.  Ruthann Tudball is February 25-26 at LCC.  Seats are still available.  Both workshops have potluck lunches.  Attendees, please bring plates and silverware.

Ziggy moves and Frank seconds that we adjourn and start the potluck.

The next meeting is Thursday March 8, 6:30 at Georgies.
