                Registrar

Debbie Christensen reported that we had 80 applicants and 57 booths. 1 drop, so 79 applicants left.

       

              

                         Sponsorship

Nancy Adams acquired $150 from Kiva, $25 from Sweet life and $25 from                      

               Cornucopia.

            

                          Graphics

              Frank needs photos for publicity, 300 dots per inch.

                                   

           

                          Publicity

                                      Contacted various non profit media sources.

 

 

                 Building

No fees have changed.

                              Let Beth know if Dates Numbers or any info is wrong.

      

                        Treasurer                       

                            Building reservation and contract is done, bill paid in full.               Will pay Insurance in September.   

   

                Webmaster

                           Merry Newcomer Emailed Cecile about the website and will continue to keep website updated.                                                 

       

 

 

            

     Credit and Debit

                     Will rent 4 or 5 visa/square machines from OPA. Will make        

                     bookkeeping super easy. Will provide our own Hot Spot.

 

             Gallery Set-up

            Will rent a truck and pick up pedestals and other equipment from Georgies, before the show. May need to make special arrangements to return equipment on Monday, as Georgies is closed on Mondays.

 

Other business

            We decided to have any future memorials consist of a single piece of the artists' work, displayed in the Gallery, instead of having memorials in a booth or other space.
